Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and purchases for GrowthAtlas (growthatlas.io), operated by London App Studio Ltd.

All GrowthAtlas payments are processed by Paddle as our authorised Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the seller of record for all transactions. Their Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside this policy.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal date by contacting us via our Contact page.

For consumers residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing your transaction, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. This right applies unless you started using the service during that 14-day period and agreed, at the time of purchase, for the service to be made available to you immediately.

Approved refund requests are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your GrowthAtlas subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal (accessible from your subscription confirmation email).

• Cancellation stops all future automatic renewals.
• After cancellation, you may continue to access the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Cancellation outside the 14-day refund window does not automatically entitle you to a refund of previous payments.

Renewal Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests for renewal charges submitted within 14 days of the renewal date will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.

• The email address associated with your GrowthAtlas account
• Your invoice or transaction ID (available from the Paddle customer portal)
• The reason for your request

Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited or its relevant affiliate). Paddle handles payment processing, billing, tax collection, invoicing, and subscription management on our behalf. Refunds are also processed and returned via Paddle. For billing queries relating to Paddle's services, you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or statutory laws in your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
