01 GrowthAtlas at a glance

GrowthAtlas is an AI-powered SEO and organic growth platform that combines content strategy, competitor monitoring, AI content generation, internal linking, uptime monitoring, and sampled AI visibility tracking into one workspace.

The platform imports websites via sitemap or Custom API, tracks competitors, generates SEO briefs and AI drafts, scores content quality, suggests internal links, and publishes to WordPress, Laravel applications, or any custom backend.

It also includes Pulse uptime and DNS monitoring, Social Hub for Instagram publishing and competitor intelligence, GEO for sampled AI-answer visibility checks, and an MCP server for AI agent integration with Cursor and Claude Desktop.

02 Who GrowthAtlas is for

GrowthAtlas serves solo founders and small website owners (Starter plan), growing teams managing multiple websites (Growth plan), and agencies managing many clients and websites (Agency plan).

Usage examples include: SEO professionals building content strategies, SaaS companies scaling organic growth, digital marketing agencies managing multiple clients, e-commerce stores optimizing product content, travel platforms managing regional pages, app publishers creating app store optimization content, and local businesses maintaining directory listings.

03 What GrowthAtlas does

GrowthAtlas imports websites, analyzes content strategy, monitors competitors, generates SEO briefs and AI drafts, scores content quality, suggests internal links, and publishes to content management systems.

Website import works via sitemap (10,000-URL cap per sitemap crawler) or Custom API sync. The strategy dashboard uses rule-based analysis with no AI credits required.

Content workflow: AI generates ideas from competitor gaps or search data, creates SEO briefs (title, meta, H1, outline, FAQs, schema recommendations), produces full drafts, and exports to Markdown, HTML, or directly to WordPress, Laravel, or custom APIs.

Draft SEO score: 0–100 across 14 criteria including keyword placement, heading structure, word count, readability, and schema markup. Page audits use 10 criteria.

Internal link suggestions: up to 20 per run, with AI-powered source→target pairing, anchor text recommendations, and strategic reasoning.

  • Website import via sitemap or Custom API
  • Rule-based strategy dashboard
  • AI content generation: ideas, briefs, drafts
  • SEO scoring: 0–100 across 14 criteria
  • Internal link suggestions with reasoning
  • Export to Markdown, HTML, or CMS

04 How AI and publishing work

AI generates ideas, briefs, drafts, SWOT analyses, battlecards and captions. Each successful AI request counts as one generation. Publishing goes to WordPress, Laravel, or custom APIs with three autopilot modes: fully auto-publish, auto-publish if score meets threshold, or save as draft.

GrowthAtlas does not auto-publish without your explicit scheduling or approval configuration (Terms §3). All AI output requires human review before being considered final.

Autopilot cadence options: daily, weekly, or monthly. Autopilot modes: (1) fully auto-publish to your CMS, (2) auto-publish only if the SEO score meets or exceeds your threshold, or (3) save all drafts for manual review.

Integrations: official WordPress plugin with support for Yoast, RankMath, AIOSEO, IndexNow, and HMAC verification; Laravel package; or Connector API v1 with five endpoints for custom integration.

  • AI generations: ideas, briefs, drafts, SWOT, battlecards, captions
  • Each successful AI request = 1 generation
  • Autopilot: daily, weekly, or monthly
  • Three publish modes: fully auto, conditional, or draft
  • Does not auto-publish without explicit configuration
  • All AI output requires human review

05 Competitor intelligence

GrowthAtlas monitors competitor sitemaps and detects eight change types: new pages, title changes, meta description changes, H1 changes, content hash changes, word count changes, pricing text changes, and removed pages. Crawl frequency varies by plan: Manual (Starter), Weekly (Growth), Every 3 days (Agency), or Daily (Enterprise).

Change detection does not run in real time. Crawls are scheduled based on your plan tier or triggered manually.

Topic gaps identify what competitors cover that you do not. AI generates SWOT analyses, comparison tables, and battlecards from competitor data.

  • Sitemap monitoring per competitor
  • Eight change types tracked
  • Crawl frequency: Manual / Weekly / Every 3 days / Daily
  • Does not run in real time
  • Topic gap analysis
  • SWOT, comparison tables, battlecards

06 GEO / AI visibility

GrowthAtlas provides a sampled grounded prompt panel: Perplexity Sonar on Growth, Agency and Enterprise plans, and OpenAI Responses with web_search on Agency and Enterprise plans. One check equals one prompt × one engine × one run.

The prompt panel records mentions, citations, and competitor mentions for prompts you choose to track. It also tracks AI referral sessions from connected Google Analytics (chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, gemini.google.com, copilot.microsoft.com, claude.ai).

GEO does not provide: a global mention firehose, ChatGPT session telemetry, Google AI Overview scraping, or Gemini/Copilot/Claude engines "in this release".

Starter plan does not include GEO features.

  • Sampled prompt panel: Perplexity Sonar (Growth, Agency, Enterprise)
  • OpenAI Responses + web_search (Agency and Enterprise; not on Growth)
  • Tracks mentions, citations, competitor mentions
  • AI referral sessions from connected Google Analytics
  • Does not include: global firehose, ChatGPT telemetry, AI Overview scraping
  • Not available on Starter plan

07 Social Hub and Pulse

Social Hub connects Instagram Business and Creator accounts via Meta, supports feed posts, Reels, carousels, and Stories, provides a publishing calendar and approval workflow, tracks competitor social intelligence, offers Social Autopilot, and includes own-account analytics. Competitor media import is disabled (Terms §4).

Social Hub is included on Growth and Agency plans. It requires OAuth connection to Instagram via Meta and supports scheduling, approvals, and competitor tracking.

Pulse provides HTTP uptime monitoring, DNS monitoring (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SOA records), public status pages, and incident tracking. All plans include Pulse.

  • Instagram Business/Creator via Meta OAuth
  • Feed, Reels, carousels, Stories
  • Calendar, approvals, competitor intelligence
  • Social Autopilot
  • Own-account analytics
  • Competitor media import: disabled
  • Pulse: HTTP uptime, DNS monitoring, status pages

08 Integrations, API and MCP

GrowthAtlas integrates with WordPress (official plugin with Yoast, RankMath, AIOSEO, IndexNow, HMAC support), provides a Laravel package, and offers Connector API v1 with five endpoints. Coming-soon integrations (Shopify, Webflow, Next.js, Ghost, HubSpot) are not yet available.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) server is available at https://mcp.growthatlas.io/mcp for Cursor and Claude Desktop. It uses OAuth 2.1 PKCE or bearer tokens (gat_ prefix), supports project scoping and abilities, and connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics data. Social Hub is not included in MCP V1.

  • WordPress plugin (Yoast, RankMath, AIOSEO, IndexNow, HMAC)
  • Laravel package: growthatlas/laravel-connector
  • Connector API v1 (5 endpoints)
  • MCP server: OAuth 2.1 PKCE or bearer token
  • MCP: project scoping, GSC/GA connections
  • Social Hub not in MCP V1

09 Plans and pricing

GrowthAtlas offers four plans: Starter at $39/month ($390/year), Growth at $99/month ($990/year), Agency at $249/month ($2,490/year), and custom Enterprise pricing. Yearly billing saves approximately 17 percent. Refunds are available within 14 days.

Plan pricing and limits are managed in the application database. Current pricing is always shown on the pricing page.

Refund policy: you may request a refund within 14 days of any purchase or subscription renewal. See the Refund Policy page for full details.

10 Comparing GrowthAtlas

GrowthAtlas differs from Surfer SEO, Frase, and Clearscope by focusing on the strategic layer: continuous competitor monitoring, gap detection, and a complete content pipeline from idea to publish, rather than only on-page content scoring.

As noted on the GEO page: "Unlike Surfer, Frase, or Clearscope, this is not on-page content scoring." GrowthAtlas starts earlier in the content workflow with competitor intelligence and topic gap analysis, then generates briefs and full drafts.

Compared with Profound, an AI search visibility and marketing-agent platform that tracks up to 9 answer engines on custom Enterprise plans, GrowthAtlas tracks fewer AI engines (Perplexity Sonar, plus OpenAI web search on Agency and Enterprise) but publishes self-serve prices and adds competitor monitoring, drafting and CMS publishing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does GrowthAtlas publish content without human approval?

GrowthAtlas does not auto-publish without your explicit scheduling or approval configuration. Autopilot offers three modes: fully auto-publish, auto-publish if the SEO score meets your threshold, or save as draft for manual review. All AI output requires human review (Terms §3).

Can GrowthAtlas see what people ask ChatGPT about my brand?

No. The GEO feature checks sampled grounded prompts you choose to track using Perplexity Sonar and OpenAI Responses APIs. It does not access private ChatGPT conversations, Google AI Overview results, or a global mention firehose. It can track AI-product referrer traffic (chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, etc.) from connected Google Analytics.

Which integrations are live today?
