Terms of Service — GrowthAtlas

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GrowthAtlas platform ("Service") operated by London App Studio Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use GrowthAtlas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
Use the Service to crawl or scrape websites in a way that violates those websites' terms of service or causes harm.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Share your account credentials with third parties.
Use Social Hub features in violation of Meta's Platform Terms or Developer Policies.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. London App Studio Ltd cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation, including social captions and content ideas. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and requires human review before publication.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before use or publication to connected social accounts.
We do not auto-publish content without your explicit scheduling or approval configuration.

4. Social Hub and Instagram

When you use the Social Hub:

You must connect only Instagram professional accounts you are authorised to manage.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish any media you upload or schedule.
For any competitor-imported media (when and if that feature is enabled by Meta permission), you must complete the in-app rights declaration before use. GrowthAtlas records your declaration but does not verify ownership or grant any license to third-party content.
Competitor media import is currently disabled. Public competitor posts may be analysed for intelligence, but media is not stored as a reusable asset.
You must comply with Meta's rate limits, publishing rules, and account requirements. GrowthAtlas surfaces platform-reported limits but you remain responsible for compliant use.
Disconnecting Instagram in GrowthAtlas or removing the app from Facebook triggers deletion/anonymization of associated Platform Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by London App Studio Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service (including transmitting media to Meta for publishing via temporary signed URLs).

6. Plan Limits and Fair Use

Your usage of the Service is subject to the limits defined by your subscription plan, including limits on AI generations, crawled pages, projects, competitors, connected social profiles, published posts, and media storage. We reserve the right to enforce these limits and suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including OpenAI, Google, Meta (Instagram), and Paddle. Your use of those features is also subject to each provider's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, London App Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
